Additionally, Arkeia Network Backup can support nearly any Linux by offering binaries that are compiled for your specific glibc version and processor type.

For instance, Arkeia does not offer a specific client package for the Tiny Core Linux, that you might use on a Point Of Sale business computer. But using the 2.9 glibc i386 Generic package from Arkeia, you can use the Arkeia generic packages to install a client, to backup the POS.
