Arkeia Software offers both perpetual licenses and subscription licenses for its software products. Subscription licensing is not available for hardware (e.g. physical appliances).

Getting your License

You can download all our products from our web site for a free, 30-day test drive. We’re confident you’ll like what you find. However, if you have questions or need help, contact our technical support team during your evaluation. When you license our software, we will send you license keys. These keys are either available indefinitely (perpetual licensing) or for a fixed period (subscription licensing).

Perpetual Licenses

Perpetual licenses give you the right to use the licensed version of the Arkeia software indefinitely. Software updates (bug fixes) and upgrades (new versions) are available during the maintenance subscription period. And while we hope that you’ll stay current with Arkeia’s technical support services, your software license keys will remain valid even if you don’t.

Subscription Licenses

Subscription licenses give you the right to use the licensed software, updates (bug fixes), and upgrades (new versions) during the license period. When the license period ends, typically on an anniversary date, the right to use the software terminates. The software will cease to function soon after. To continue using the software you must add an extension license key to your Arkeia licenses file.
