This client is compatible with 10.1 and above versions of the Mac OS X and the Mac OS X Server operating systems.

Arkeia's Mac OS X client can perform a backup of all files, including documents and applications, as well as important system files such as the Netinfo database. Privilege information and special file system features like Mac OS resource forks and Finder attributes are preserved.

In addition, hot backup modules are available to protect your MySQL (http://www.arkeia.com/hotbackup/mysql/) and LDAP(http://www.arkeia.com/hotbackup/ldap/) data.

Please note that the Arkeia Mac OS X client requires a Linux or Unix Arkeia backup server connected to the network, as well as X11 for Mac OS X to use the Arkeia Graphical User Interface.
