Alain Pechon brings more than 20 years of leadership in IT companies to Arkeia Software, including previous management positions with Sun Microsystems, AMDAHL and EMC. While at EMC Pechon was the country director for France with 300 people reporting to him and revenues of $200M. During his 15 years at Sun Microsystems, Pechon organized and grew the company to more than 800 people and $500M in revenue. Prior to joining Calendra, Pechon served on the board of directors for numerous emerging technology companies. Most recently, Pechon was CEO of Calendra Software and directed its merger with BMC in 2005.

Philippe Tiennot joins Arkeia Software as COO, responsible for managing business relationships and ensuring Arkeia Software products and services meet standards of quality and cost effectiveness.  Prior to Arkeia, Tiennot served as founder and CEO of Sharing Knowledge.  Prior to Sharing Knowledge, Tiennot served as country director for Veritas France and has held senior management positions at EMC.  Tiennot also served as VP Storage Business Unit for Bull and later as the general manager of Bull’s 2ai subsidiary.

Dave Elliott serves as general manager of Americas and Asia Pacific, responsible for overall company strategy and operations. Prior to Arkeia, Elliott was responsible for Strategic Development for Iomega Corporations' PSS Business Unit, where he drove strategy, OEM and alliance partnerships. Before that, he was with enterprise software vendor Blue Martini Software where he helped lead the marketing and business development efforts through a successful IPO and to revenues in excess of $70M a year.  Elliott also spent several years in market development at Sun Microsystems, and consulted with technology companies on strategy and marketing while with the high tech strategy practice of management consulting firm A.T. Kearney (now EDS). Early in his career, Elliott co-founded and was vice president of sales & marketing for software training firm Advanced Knowledge Systems (AKS). Elliott holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley's Haas School of Business, and a BA in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
